Ionic will not turn on. Went black randomly with a half full battery. Will not charge (indicator on my charging battery light does not stay on.) Ionic is completely unresponsive. Fitbit refuses to do more than offers 25% coupon to buy a new product, as this watch was purchased 12/2017. It it 6/2019 now - just about 1.5 years. Service rep denied that ANY other customers faced similar issues. Extremely disappointed in Fitbit. Will not waste 200$ on a new Fitbit product only to have device fail soon after warrenty expiration.
