Ionic randomly died.

Ionic will not turn on. Went black randomly with a half full battery. Will not charge (indicator on my charging battery light does not stay on.) Ionic is completely unresponsive. Fitbit refuses to do more than offers 25% coupon to buy a new product, as this watch was purchased 12/2017. It it 6/2019 now - just about 1.5 years. Service rep denied that ANY other customers faced similar issues. Extremely disappointed in Fitbit. Will not waste 200$ on a new Fitbit product only to have device fail soon after warrenty expiration.

mine died as well.  tried charging, nothing. cleaned, nothing.  had just over ayear and it quit. disappointing

This has happened to my current Ionic TWICE, incredibly annoying.
