Fitbit desktop app doenst sync with Ionic

Hi

 

I've read some tutorials how to transfer music to Ionic. I've downloaded the fitbit desktop app, but is doenst connect to Ionic. If i go to the music transfer page and i hit the wifi button, it doenst find anything. Eventough my pc, ionic, smartphone, .. is on this network. What do i do?

Are we referring to the Win 10 app for the computer, or do you have an older computer and use Fitbit connect?

Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch?

I was referring to the windows 10 app. Minutes after I made my post, the problem was gone. The app made the connection to my Ionic and I was able to transfer music!
