Hi all
I have an issue with the ionic device, it can't connect to the phone. It's been 2 or 3 months then I use it again. I still remember my pin that I set up way back, and now when i turned the device on and scroll or access the settings/menu, it's asking to "unlock with your phone". I've install the the app on my new phone but then it's not syncing because I will have to access the bluetooth settings on the ionic device which is not letting me because its locked. I've tried headrest by hold the left + right bottom button, logo appeared, disappeared but still same issue.
Please can someone help me on how to resolve this issue.

If it says to unlock with the phone, Do not remove the tracker from the app or Fitbit account.
You don't need to connect the tracker to the phone or even use your phone.
If you are unable to follow @USAF-Larry instructions above with your phone. Beg and borrow a phone, but turn the Bluetooth off on your phone first.
