Why is it so difficult to find any information for contacting fitbit. they should have a support number, email, chat. Seems to be a lot of issues posted on here so maybe they can't hire enough people to make it work.

@ToddRaff - you can find all that in a link to Help at the bottom of any page. From there, you will see a link to Get Support. As for hiring enough people, please understand that the pandemic has severely affected many businesses. Some have closed. Others are working with skeletal staff, often remotely, because of illness and/or mandatory safety measures.

You can also tap on the help link in the Fitbit app.
Also uncle Google can point the way.
