Fitbit iconic randomly turning off

My Fitbit will randomly turn off even though it has sometimes up to 80% charge. I turn it back on and a while later it does it again. I’ve updated it and it keeps happening. Help.

Mine too! My Ionic does that, randomly during the day and also when I am swimming, while I use the exercise app to register my swimming. So it’s useless for fitness or at least for swimming for me... 🙁

I have a Fitbit Ionic since January 2018. It’s my 4th now, during my warranty of 2 years. I hope this one lasts much longer. Updates are dangerous!

Normally i would say to shutdown and restart the tracker, but iItgink that is what has been happening. 

I would look in the top right corner of the page and contact Fitbit. Screenshot_20180519-091428.jpg
