Fitbit ionic Cycling on off

I performed the update last week. Other than having to select a new clock face, no issues. Watched asked to be recalibrated 2 nights ago, no problem. Last night I needed to charge it, plugged it in at night, next morning - off. I did a hard reset by pushing the left and bottom right buttons, 15s. Now all it does is cycle on/off. Get the blue diamond for ~15s, turns off, repeats this over and over.  After a long time I’ll see the standard clock face but as soon as I touch it, starts cycling again. I’ve tried the hard reset but, still the same story. Ideas???

Sounds like your Ionic is stuck in some sort of boot loop. Considering you have already tried a restart without success, I would recommend contacting customer support.

I ended up having to do perform a factory reset. Lost all stored data and started new.
