Can more workouts be added to fitbit coach on the fitbit ionic ?

And if not will this be possible in future updates ?

Fitbit is messing up. 

 

This is clearly false advertisement of the capabilities of the watch. Fitbit, how are you going to fix this?

Yeah, based on information from official help that I have posted here, I have subscribed for premium coach yesterday. No new workout have synced to my Ionic yet. Funny

I am lucky I bought only a month subscription. But still I feel cheated because I decided to buy coach after I have read that help article saying that new workouts will sync to Ionic after I do a fitness test or finish a recomended workout. Now the article does not exist. 

How do I get my money back?

They probably changed it because I emailed them saying they keep false advertising these features everywhere, letting people spend a bunch of money when and it does not work, it isn't a feature at all. I told them this is shady business and honestly makes me want to return my fitbit and not even be a customer. 

 

If this is how fitbit is going to run their business, if this is how fitbit is going to treat their loyal customers then I will just go to apple. This is a huge eye opener with how they are running their company and I feel like they are going to lose a lot of loyal customers.

Decieved customers are still waiting for new firmware release! 

 

To be honest, this is a last chance I give to Fitbit. I have still no idea when it will be and what it will fix or add. Fitbit support sent me few e-mails that said: "We are working on it" and "Your patience is very appreciated".

 

My patience is limited, I will move to another brand soon. The worst thing on it is that Fitbit doesn't give a * about it :'-(

Being a stock holder in Fitbit and Fitbit user I came here to investigate possibly getting the Ionic. I think it is lame to buy a $300 fitness watch and only getting three workouts. Its the digital age and only THREE workouts?

Hello everyone,

after Ionic upgrade v2.0, I saw an update for a Fitbit Coach app for Ionic. i don't now if it's connected to v2.0 but I can confirm that I have finally received a personalized workout on my watch.

 

I am looking forward to my workout! If it will work, all my nightmares will be vanished 🙂

 I downloaded and logged into the Fitbit coach app on my phone and now the the preloaded coach workouts are gone from my watch and replaced with 3 different ones .I thought the other workouts were supposed to be in addition to the first 3. How do I get the others back or how do I choose which ones are on my watch? This link made it sound like I could have multiple .https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2256
