Iconic HR reading too high when exercising

Hi All,

I've had the Iconic for a few months and am getting constantly high HR readings when exercising. For example, when doing an easy 25 minutes treadmill run my HR was reading 209 when it was probably more like 140.

I've been back and forth with Fitbit for 6 weeks but they haven't come up with a solution which is very frustrating.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Kind regards

Thanks for the reply. I've tried a reset, wore it high/low on my wrist, wore it tight and lose and nothing makes a difference. Fitbit said their people are working on it but that was over a month ago.

It has been FOREVER and the sp02 sensor is an extra piece of metal,I’m not sure they’re going to fix it anytime soon.
