Fitbit ionic battery draining too fast

So I have had my ionic for over a month now and it was working fine. The other day I woke up and saw that it won't turn on so I put it on charge and it showed the 0% battery sign. I put it on charge and it still wouldn't turn on. I contacted customer support who told me to put it on charge and after a while it came back on. However, later that day it was at 0% again and this time support told me to do a factory reset which I did but the problem is still there. All I did different was wear it while swimming once the day before this started

@Taimur19 I would go back to customer support again and explain the issue has not been resolved and ask them what else they can suggest.
