Hey,
I got a Fitbit ionic that's only 20 months old. I went and charged it the other day and then the screen was glitching a bit so I decided to do a reset and it just never turned back on.
I contacted support and they worked with me to try and fix the problem and unfortunately we were unable to fix it.
They have given me 25% off and product I choose which is okay I guess minus the fact that 20 mo ths ago I paid 400+ for the fitbit.
I love fitbit and dont plan to change so I guess my question is. If I get a new fitbit for the 25% do I still receive a warranty on the product? Like if it craps out before the yr will they still replace it?
I've been hesitant to go and purchase a new one in case they done replace it at all.

Sorry to hear about your Ionic. Mine died after 6 months, but 2 days after it died, it started working again; that was Dec last year. Yesterday it died again but this time not working at all. There is something to be said about an item that costs so much money and doesn't have a replaceable battery. I too love using my Fitbit and will spend the money again for another one but it doesn't make me a happy customer knowing that this might happen again. I did go to Amazon this morning and purchased a new Fitbit and a 3 year warranty to go with it. Fitbit should fix the battery issues though.

Yeah I'm not happy either. Basically told my husband if it happens again before the 2 yr mark i may switch to a tracker with a longer life span. It's just so hard to make the change since I've been a fitbit user for over 3 years and started off with a cheap one and have worked my way up to the more expensive smart watches.

Same here. Good luck with your next one!
