Help! I noticed the fitbit logo flash on and off several times and then my fitbit when black. I can't get it to turn back on. I've left it on the charger for several hours, no luck. I tried the factory reset of holding down the buttons, no luck. How do I get it to turn back on?

Sorry to hear about your Ionic. Mine died after 6 months, but 2 days after it died, it started working again; that was Dec last year. Yesterday it died again but this time not working at all. There is something to be said about an item that costs so much money and doesn't have a replaceable battery. I too love using my Fitbit and will spend the money again for another one but it doesn't make me a happy customer knowing that this might happen again. I did go to Amazon this morning and purchased a new Fitbit and a 3 year warranty to go with it. Fitbit should fix the battery issues though.
