Hello!
I'm having issues downloading my Pandora stations. My Ionic is charging and connected to wifi. It no longer automatically syncs like it used to and when I force sync it, it just tells me 'No Stations'. I even tried picking my own stations and it still tells me 'No Stations'. I've re-started my Ionic, restarted my phone, un-linked Pandora, re-linked Pandora and went through the setup process again and I still get the same 'No Stations' message. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

It's great to see you on the Community @heidirh06. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
Your Fitbit Ionic needs to be charged or plugged to your charging cable to automatically download your playlists. Please try the following steps:
- Plug your watch into the charger. Stations download automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network, or tap Force Sync Now in the Fitbit app to add the stations to your watch.
- To change the Wi-Fi network your watch is connected to or to make sure your network type is compatible, see How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?
- If your stations don’t appear to be downloading, review the troubleshooting steps in Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Then try again to download your stations.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

As mentioned in my original post, my watch is charging and connected to wifi, however, music is not downloading even when I force-sync Pandora. It will just say "Preparing Music Download" for hours but nothing ever happens and when I try to pull up my playlists on my watch, it just says "No Stations". I've re-started my Ionic, restarted my phone, un-linked Pandora, re-linked Pandora and went through the setup process again and I still get the same 'No Stations' message.
