Is Jaybird run some type of headphone or an app?

Is tyetleft suppose to pair to the right headphone or the music source?

The left pairs to the right, the right pairs to the source. If your right is pairing to your Ionic, the problem is the headphones, not the Ionic. My set of Jaybird Runs pairs to my Ionic (and each other) just fine.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @vatanak, hope you're doing great! I'd recommend restarting your phone and your Ionic (click here to find the steps of how to restart your Fitbit).
Then, I'd like you to double check that Ionic and your Bluetooth headphones are properly connecting by following this procedure How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?.
Thanks for your help guys @Rich_Laue and @SunsetRunner!
Let us know how it goes!

So the initial pairing with the JayBird Run seemed to go well on the ionc, but when I pulled up Pandora, it was the same issue as reported where the right earbud was working, but not the left.
When I would turn on the left (manually), it would unpair the whole device.
I was however able to pair it with my phone (OnePlus 3t) without any issues whatsoever. Zero.
I did reboot the ionic and didn't remove the JayBird in the devices section, but clicked on it the device in the Bluetooth settings, it paired, and fortunately it did start playing in both ears. Not sure why the reboot was necessary, but it worked. I've since turned the JayBird headphones off and back on without issue of it pairing. Hope this helps.
