I got my ionic January and a week after getting it it would randomly turn off I ended up returning and getting a new one now this one is fricken worse never syncs very rare when it does so I did the whole restart delete app factory setting ect now it won't even bluetooth at all since this new update kinda pissed paying over 300 on this junk

Have you tried a restart? Left and bottom right buttons until you see the Fitbit logo.

Sarah K. i have had the same problem. I tried to pair Bluetooth ear phones and they would not connect even trying for a long time. I charged my Ionic and after that it will not work ! all it will do is tell the time. It will not allow me to go to the right and I can not get it to show any of my data. I have only had it for 10 days and this is the second time I Have had a problem. I had to call support to get it to work in the first place. I have tried resetting it, according to directions several times but it will not reset,
