Fitbit ionic - probably the most unreliable device I've had?

My fitbit app had an update on my phone yesterday, since then my fitbit won't sync to my phone and has fell 15 minutes behind (this is the second time this has happened to me).

I have restarted my Bluetooth, phone, watch, unlinked all other Bluetooth devices to my phone and its still not working. I purchased a warranty with it and last time had the get it replaced if I'm really going to have to do this ever 2 months I don't think the watch it sufficient to be sold to anyone?

Sorry to hear that. Have had my Ionic since Jan. I keep the firmware updated as well as the phone app. When it gets acting weird, I reboot the watch and restart the phone. Happens every now and thrn. Has always worked for me. One time I did have an issue when I linked it to my PC and then couldnt get it to link to my phone until I totally removed it as a device on my PC. I have an Android phone as well.
