Was at work the other day, looked down at my watch to time something, and watch screen was very dark. I was thinking maybe I just adjusted the brightness or something, at the moment it was the least of my worries. After I was done i started to actually look at my watch, the screen looks pixelated, it goes bright randomly and than goes very dark unreadable. The ionic is a little over a year old. Any one else have a problem similar? Sucks that an almost $300 watch can't last longer than a year.
I have done the basic reset, factory reset, and nothing is helping. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Hi @Cody_James Welcome to the Community. Sorry to hear about your Ionic. As you have already tried a factory reset, I would suggest contacting contacting Customer Support to report this and discuss what further options might be available to you.
