Fitbit ionic screen will not turn off

I have bought the new Fitbit Ionic 2 weeks ago and it worked fine swam with it not a problem but 2 days ago the screen will not turn off you turn it off 4 seconds later it turns back on also it will sometimes the fitbit logo will suddenly come to the screen for 1 minute than go back to normal the battery on the ionic is 4 to 5 days depending on use my ionic might last 2 days also while writing this it drained by 2 for 10 minuets of writing imaging it going down by 2 every day for 1 day

so can some one please tell me what is going o thanks

No idea what is going on but try restarting it several times and see if that fixes it. If not, try a factory reset (in the settings app on the Ionic). If neithe rof them work then I think yoj need to contact Support (link in my signature )
