For the past week or so, my fitbit shuts off automatically and wont turn on until i plug it back on the charger. It is such a hassle since it wont track any of my activities nor use the watch itself.
I wonder if they can replace mine since it has not been a year when i bought this. I never had issues with my old versa and alta, but the ionic seems to have a major defect
Ha! You're one of the lucky ones that can replace it before the warranty runs out! There are posts all over this forum about this issue, but nothing is being done besides offering discounts to those out if warranty. Complete joke.
