My Fitbit locked me out and I tried to unlock it with my phone but it didn't let me and I now have a new phone and I can't sync it with it due to the code being hidden everytime I try and its not linked to myold phone anymore either..

There is never a need to setup a Fitbit tracker when changing phones.

The ionic gets setup with your Fitbit account. Not the phone.

Simply download the Fitbit app to the new phone. Log into your Fitbit account and accept any permissions the App asks for.

Your ionic should then sync. After which go to your ionic settings / device lock and choose a new pin code.

Now if you removed the ionic from your Fitbit account this will prevent the ability to unlock with phone.. If this is the case let me know and I'll describe the multi step process you will need to follow.

I have the problem you describe with my iconic. It wouldn't sync, so I unpaired it, deleted fitbit app, reinstalled fitbit app, repaired the device & still would sync. I've tried several times without success. My Iconic now say to unlock with phone, but isn't paired to the app, please advise how I can unlock my device. Thanks in advance.

When it says to unlock with phone, what logic is there in removing the tracker from the phone.

Let's do a search for a thread that has been solved. Where you will find your answer.

Of course the easiest thing would have been to go to help.fitbit.com and read up on how to unlock with phone
