Fitbit ionic (?) waterdamage?

Hello.

I am getting a bit frustrated now as this is my third replacement ionic in 11 months due to faults. Having recieved my most recent watch 1 month ago I went swimming today, when I came out watch was dead. Things I've tried:

-holding all three buttons and releasing bottom right after 12 seconds

-holding just the left button

-charging with 2 different cables in the wall plug, laptop and charger pack.

No signs of life. Battery was at 70% this morning. Signs of evaporated water in the sensor at the back (same as what happened with my first ionic)

Hi @Zoe_ja,

Sorry to hear that, sounds like a run of bad luck.

Besides what you've already tried, the only thing left to do is contact Fitbit Support again. You can use the Help link at the top right hand of this page, then select Get Support.
