Fitbit ionic won’t turn on

Yesterday my fitbit ionic randomly shut down and won’t turn back on.  It was charge the night before so the battery was fine.

i tried charging it again overnight and tried hard restarting it but nothing worked.  It’s like it just died.

I’m having the same problem! It’s less than 2 yrs old. Got it to work again by charging & doing a 3 button reset.  Now this morning not working again! Maybe time for an Apple watch instead for what we pay for these things it should work more than 2 yrs!!!!!! EXTREMELY Frustrated

I have the same problem , my ionic died after resetting it because it got stuck in a process trying to connect to bluetooth music when i did not have my phone with me. I reset it once and it came back on in the same process. I reset it again and now it won't come back on or show charging status when plugged into charger. Noe it is a $300 dollar piece of junk with no option to repair.

Maybe it is time for an Apple Watch.  It doesn't seem to have all these same issues.

My ionic also wont turn on after a failed firmware update even though the batter was at 100%
