After a run I took my Fitbit off. When I picked it up it would not respond. It was fully charged before my run. I put it on the charger and it is not responding to that either. I have tried to rest it but it does nothing. Only had my Fitbit a little over a year. Really disappointed if it is dead already since it cost so much money.

It’s probably dead, seems to happen to a lot of Ionic. Mine did the same thing, only 17 months old. I loved it but at $300 not buying another.
