Hi can anyone help or give advice at all.had the ionic for 2 wks a upgrade from the charge 2 so was looking forward to this one.is anyone finding the step counting isnt correct or am i doing somethink wrong .any help be grateful thank you

Hello.. I have had my Ionic since September 2017 and have not had any issues with STEPS or anything else (Love the Ionic by the way). If you are having an issue, try a manual reset on your Ionic (Hold the LEFT and Bottom RIGHT buttons down together until the Fitbit icon appears, than release). Also, make sure you are wearing your Ionic a bit snugger when you exercise (Fitbit recommendation).

You could also do a Factory Reset by holding down all 3 buttons.
