Hello a few weeks ago I went to put my ionic on charge as the battery had died since then I have been unable to turn it on it doesn’t say it’s charging my phone can’t find it and I’ve tried resetting it but the screen is blank and the back lights are not working. Any ideas what I can do it’s only a few months old.

Put it on the charger and make sure it's getting power and then do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I have tried this but nothing happened the screen is blank with nothing indicating that’s its charging.
