Morning folks

A few days ago I Posted that my ionic had died, sent an email to Fitbit regarding this and yesterday received an email with either 50% off another Fitbit product or a replacement watch. I have accepted a new watch free of charge Thank You Fitbit support very happy and hopefully continue wearing and using your products for a long time.

Thanks Clare

@TorbeycGreat result..... That's the response I have always had from Fitbit since joining in 2011.  I have never been out of pocket and the longest I have waited is 4 days from overseas with replacement Fitbit's of the same model.
