Ionic Won't Restart

Hi,
I shutdown my Ionic as I was having some issues with it in the hope it would reset itself. However, it is now completely unresponsive and won't restart.
Can anyone help please?

Hi @Iain8, welcome to the community.

 

Have you tried following the restart procedure here?

 

If that doesn't work I would next recommend connecting your Ionic to a charger to see if that brings it back to life.
