My ionic is locked and blocked . It won’t allow me to set a new pin. It comes up as failed. I have reset the Fitbit . I have turned off passcode etc . Everything listed in here by others I have tried. I operate my Fitbit from iPhone 8.
Can anyone help. Have had so much trouble with ionic I don’t think I will ever get another one

@Shellzz Sorry to hear that. Have you tried a reboot by pressing and holding the bottom right and left buttons in to see if you can get the Fitbit emblem to appear. If this does not unfreeze it, I would suggest contacting Customer Support so they can assist you further.

Just to follow on from @Tony.r
If that doesn't work you can also try entering your pin incorrectly 10 times, it should prompt you to unlock the Ionic via the fitbit app on your phone. You should then be able to reset the pin from there. This help article might be of some use.

Instead of entering the pin for your Ionic, try entering the pin you use to unlock your phone with.

Hello @Wfletchr at what step are you having an issue with?
Did you go to the ionic settings in the Fitbit app?
Tap the device lock and enter the code to unlock the phone?
Now you should be able to change the pin lock or remove it for everything but Fitbit pay.

If you open the screen of the ionic and you see this.
Or
Your Ionic is locked.
Basically if you cant get ti anything on the tracker without entering a pass code, it is locked.
The problem comes when the code is entered incorrectly to many times and you get the message to unlock with phone.
