Since Saturday my Ionic has stopped working on three occasions. Fitbit logo came up on the screen and all other functions stopped working (twice I was trying to us the GPS and once music). The watch is only four months old. Worked perfectly for two months now there is a problem every week. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about what you're experiencing. It's pretty weird that your Ionic is showing you the Fitbit logo and then it stops working.
I would like you to restart your watch and continue checking if your Ionic works normally.
