My SECOND Fitbit Ioonic has been reduced to a small paperweight! With my first Ionic one of the charging pins on the back broke off a short while after the warranty expired. I contacted Fitbit and they sent a link to me where I could purchase another one at a discount. I purchased another Fitbit and shortly after this second Fitbit warranty expired and the latest update the Fitbit would not sync as the App could not find the device. I tried everything I was supposed to reset the Fitbit but it made things worse. The Fitbit got stuck on the logo and nothing I tried fixed the issue...it won't charge, it won't go to any other screen but the stuck on the logo. I had contacted support about this and received a response. After trying everything I was told, I contacted support once again informing them of my results but haven't heard from them in about a week. I have been a Fitbit user since the Fitbit One. I refuse to buy a Fitbit Ionic every 13 or 14 months.
