Please how do I take off the Fitbit logo on the device screen after successful setup and syncing has been done? I have followed all the steps and successfully set my device. I get vibrations on my device for notifications and on my Samsung phone I can see all my activities recorded but on my device screen, it is just the fitbit logo covering the entire screen. Can anyone help?

Have you run the firmware update?

If you have then try restarting the watch.. Hold down left and bottom right buttons for 10 secs.

Such an easy solution, but..... be PATIENT and WAIT for it!!! (it took less than 60 sec). Allow the watch to sync/reset itself after you hold down the left and bottom right buttons. BTW, I LOVE THIS FITBIT!

I have the same issue, only I have the Versa 2. Therefore I don't have a bottom right button. Any suggestions?

LLB1969 - the Versa 2 is the newest FitBit. Hopefully it's under warranty. My suggestion would be to contact tech support. Not only do they reply quickly, they are also very friendly.
