Hi

 

The Fitbit logo won't leave the screen after setting up. It's paired with my phone and appears sync'ed but I can't use the device as the Logo won't leave the screen. Appears like it may be loading as the circles are blinking. 

 

Tried hard resetting by pushing in the left-hand button and lower button which works but the Logo just comes up again. 

 

Help!

It sounds like your Ionic may need a charge. Try putting it on the charger for maybe an hour or so and see what happens.
