Fitbit luxe battery reading inaccurate

For a few weeks now, my battery reading seems to be inaccurate. It will be at 40%, and then jump to 4% and die very quickly. Once I plug it in, it will say 75% or something else very high right away. And yet when I remove it from the charger, it will die right away again.

I have had this Fitbit for less than 2 years. I have restarted it several times. Sometimes, my Fitbit is also losing its touchscreen ability and the restart via the charger does work for that.

How can I fix the battery reading?

I don't have a solution, but mine has the same behavior. It keeps dropping down to 4%, same as yours, then dying until I plug it in. Very annoying!
