My Ionic stopped syncing earlier this week. It will only sync during setup and I’ve tried iOS and Windows apps. iOS sees it and will send notifications (so it’s connected), but will not sync. After the initial setup with Windows, it can no longer find it. I’ve been through every single troubleshooting step (even factory reset) and nothing has fixed it. Currently waiting to hear back from customer service.
