Fitbit not syncing or connecting

I have had my fitbit for 18 months without any issues. Today I woke up and my sleep wouldn't sync, now nothing will sync, it looks like it is syncing but it doesn't and keeps trying and failing. I have reset the fitbit, reset the phone, deleted and re-installed the app on my phone and removed the fitbit from the app to start again. Now when I try and connect the fitbit to the phone it is saying error 400.

 

Help!!

I'm having just about the same issue, but I've not yet removed my device from my list on the app.. I'm worried that if I do i'll end up with the same error message!
