This morning the Ionic was charged. after about three hours I checked it for my hourly progress and the Ionic screen was dark and would not wake up. Tried two button restart a couple of times and no luck.
Tried the three button reset and still no joy.
It is on the charger and neither process will start it up then either.
We have had the Ionic for a little over a year and used it with no issues.
Any insights?
