Fitbit not working after swimming

Fitbit stopped tracking my workout mid-swim, then it died about an hour after. When I plug it in, it flashes the Fitbit logo but is dead otherwise. Factory reset didn't work. Normal reset didn't work. Has anyone experienced this? How did you fix it?

Yes, mine is the same (attaching a photo here). And no one from Fitbit seems to care or help me 😞

Yep! Nobody helped me either! I talked to costumer service, but they were no help. I purchased the Fitbit extended warranty, however they just referred me to another website, in which my warranty didn’t show up and I was unable to file a claim. So basically, I purchased the extended protection for nothing.
