When I go into Fitbit app on my phone I go to select notifications for my watch & screen goes blank then back to main page

Is it your phones screen that goes black @Michael.lilley. or is it the screen on the Ionic? If your asking a question about the app on your phone, could the phone model be included please. 

 

As for the select notifications page. Is it the page that we choose  phone, email, calendar, and text apps to send, or are you in the App notifications scorer where you may choose any app on the phone? 

 

Have you checked for phone updated and a Fitbit app update? I also would remove the Fitbit app, if android restart the phone, and install a fresh copy.
