I have looked forward to this watch, upgrade from Surge to Ionic - hell yeah
I have 130mbit internet, a family with 3 kids and no complaint... but this watch sucks.
I added the device on my Fitbit account, and it connected through BT, tapped the code... yes this is easy.
Then hell started.
No clocks, no apps.
I connected to my family internet, and at a glimt I could see clock faces, luckily I tapped one, and it came to the watch... wuhuuu.
Since then nothing in clock or app works, It has installed "exercise" and settings... wauw what a watch.
Now there is NO connection at all, and everything is restarted several times...(Watch, phone, router and the coffee machine is rebooted for patience)
The bluetooth is gone on my watch, there is no Ionic any more, cannot find it on Ipad or MAC.
When I go to WIFI setup, is says connected in setup, but when I try to look for clocks or Apps, it says no connection... when I read official manual it says go closer to the router... WTF, I have a small apartment and sits 3m from router. Ionic lays on top of phone.
I just want to be able to install apps and find a nice clock face, and then run like Forrest to the end with my tracker and music in my ears.... I have paid for this... give me my freedom before I jump...
Do I need to take a hammer to smash it into the phone and throw it in the small holes of the router... just to be as close as possible to the Internet...
What is this,
I dont dare to reset to factory, what if it then will not work AT ALL!!!!

Hah watch they delete this message because you used a dirty awful bad word (the S word) like they did with something similar I posted.
You are right, it is terrible. After 83 days I've decided the watch just doesn't do as expected, and am going to return it. I absolutely hate having to do that, but I am so unhappy with the vaporware (lack of O2 sensor), poor bluetooth/wifi capabilities, poor features, the OS update that actually made the UX less pleasant, and then when I come on here to complain they remove my post.
Done with this company.
