I put the Fitbit on the charger because it was at low power. When I went to check on it the watch wouldn't turn on. Whether it's plugged in or not I can't get the watch to do anything. How do I exchange for one that isn't broken?

I got same scenario today... but when i called fitbit support for my ionic, they cannot make it to work and when they check my serial number, they are saying it no longer in warranty to i have to buy a new one but they will send to my email the 25% discount. I swapped from samsung gear3 to fitbit because i thought fitbit is more durable, i was very wrong!

@Tomas8660 @jbflynn1 and @Junsal Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
@Tomas8660 How do I exchange for one that isn't broken? I've shared your post with our Support team, please continue the communication through email, our team will continue providing options.
@Junsal Thanks for sharing the option our Support team provided you. Rest assure that each case is reviewed individually and the option provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty.
@jbflynn1 I would like you to try the tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Could you let me know if your Ionic turns on when you put it on the charger? Does it turn off when you remove it?
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
