I have exactly the same problem. 26 October was my last sync, nothing on tracker screen, can't even see if its charging. It's just dead.

Same thing happened to me for the second time. I think I'm done with Fitbit. I'm on my 3rd fitbit and none of them made it to the 2 year mark. I cant keep spending money on a product that keeps breaking. 

 

My Ionic just died, they offered me %25 off another watch. Why would anyone spend hundreds of dollars on a product that doesnt last. I've always babied my fitbits but they still break. 

 

I would strongly suggest to go with another product that's built better.

I'm actually looking at Garmin site as I got your reply. I went through this with my Blaze and refuse to do so again with  a more expensive unit.
