Hi, I have change from surge to Ionic, but I can’t seem to get strava to go on to Ionic, my runs still go to strava but my watch is saying, “no recent activity”, I have tried unlinking Fitbit and strava but nothing, I have restarted the Ionic still nothing, can anyone help PLEASE

Hello @Shona03 are you referring to the Strava app on the ionic? 

Strava connects to your Fitbit account. 

The Strava app should connect to your Strava account. Have you checked the settings for proper Strava login information.

@Shona03 its a little confusing because you have to authorize:

- Fitbit pushing activities to Strava (you have that working)

- on the Ionic your Strava app needs permission to pull from Strava
