My Fitbit was not syncing with my phone and I tried restarting which didn't work. After trying every other option, I tried a factory reset by pressing all three buttons at once. After the Fitbit logo appeared and disappeared, I released the right bottom button. Then after I felt a strong vibration, I released the other two buttons. After that, I get a continuous sequence of appearance and disappearance of the fitbit logo and my watch doesn't respond to any other option neither starts.

Finally try these steps:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
