Hi Everyone,
My Ionic has stopped working. After realizing it wasn't on, I tried restarting it to no available. I then tried cleaning the sensors on the watch with an alcohol swab, dried it and have left it charging for over an hour. The watch still won't start and it is not showing any signs of starting up. What can I do to fix this issue?

I have the exact same problem was working fine up to about mid day - had 50 percent Battery. It is now dead and will not charge.

That's better than me. The green indicator isn't even flickering on my end.

Same issue here. Was working completely fine and just randomly stopped working about 5 days ago. I've tried multiple resets with customer support and nothing worked. I've now been told that since all the troubleshooting didn't work and I've had it for over a year that I'm SOL. I was offered a 40% discount to purchase a new one...I politely declined. 40% of crap is still crap.
Hopefully yours comes back on, I loved it until now.

I was under the impression that there was a two year warranty.
