Fitbit won't show call notifications

My fitbit Ionic is around 2 months old and it won't show call notifications. I checked the connectivity of my fitbit with my phone and even tried to send a test call notification from the notification settings in the fitbit mobile app. Can someone please help me with this

I had mine less than 5 mths and it stopped working. Now it's a pretty watch. Fitbit won't do anything about it even after they have stated in an email to me that it's an engineering problem. I did everything they asked of me. When I asked for a replacement, a rep told me there was no reason to exchange it for another one since it will do the same thing.

A warm welcome to the Community @DevinLilaramani and @DevinLilaramani! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've performed as well for the details that you've mentioned.

I would like you to confirm that you followed the steps provided on this article to set the notifications. Also, please make sure that you have a compatible device

Also, please reply to the following questions:

- Are you receiving other notifications on your Ionic?

- Have you updated your Ionic recently?

- Did you update your app lately?

Hey there @LilNinja. I appreciate that you've mentioned that you've contacted our Customer Support team. I've taken the time to double check with them and I realized that you were experiencing Pandora issues back in July. Please try troubleshooting mentioned above in regards to the call notification inconvenience.

Keep me posted!

Hi! Thank you for your response. There’s no updates available. Syncing my phone to my new Apple phone is rare. I have done all I’ve been asked to do more than 4x or more, with the Fitbit. It’s beyond Pandora now. No notifications. Stops mid workout, no steps recorded or heart rate won’t calibrate, ect. Sometimes, sync takes hrs to do.
I was told in a previous email it was an engineering problem. I’m not sure what else there is for me to do if nothing is working. I suggested My $300 watch should be fixed or replaced. Again I was told, no need to replace it since it’s an engineering problem.
I would like for my Fitbit work work like when I bought it.
Thank you

Do you have your phone on silent or do not disturb? If so I've noticed that I don't get call notifications. I had to change my phone to vibrate and change the vibrate intensity off to make it work. Just a thought
