Fitbit won't sync

It's been days since my Fitbit has synced.  I've checked the bluetooth connection, battery is full firmware version is 27.33.1.30 - any suggestions?  Thanks!

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
