Well out of nowhere my Ionic went to a flashing logo when I started a sync. Now nothing stops the logo from flashing on and off. I called fitbit and the guy that saved me is the only reason why I didn't go buy the new Samsung. He knew what was going on. We tried a few things and nothing got the Ionic working. He sent out a replacement right away.
This sent much better then the last time I had to have my Ionic replaced.

@davidf100010 I hope you're doing well! Thank you very much for sharing the experience you have had with Ionic and customer support. I'm really glad to read that the customer service agent help was great and that they were able to find the root cause of this and sent you a new unit.
Have you received the new one already? Once you do please follow these replacement set up steps for you to not loose any of your previous data.
