Fitbit ionic face flashes no heart rate steps are monitored tried resetting and still the same have noticed other people with similar problem

Hi @Kevanc25, I would attempt to switch Clock Faces and if that doesn't work, I would contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page).  Sometimes it's the type of face chosen on the watch, but if you switch faces and it's still happening, it's clearly something with the watch.
