I’ve seen this is a relatively common issue with the Ionic judging by the forums, but my Ionic is not tracking ANY floors climbed currently.
I've tried turning it off and on again.
I’ve tried a ‘soft reset’ on its own, aswell as 3 times in quick succession (this worked first time to track floors again but two weeks later it stopped again)
I have also tried a hard reset twice by wiping the whole Fitbit & disconnecting it from everything and starting from scratch again yet it still won’t count floors.
The last time it counted a floor was during November, the floor tracking has either worked fine or not at all since getting the product. I only bought the product last October.
Any further info/help with getting the product to finally work as it should without hitches would be greatly appreciated!
