I participate in Fluid Running classes - Running in Deep Water with a floatation device tethered to landlines. Currently I use ‘Workout’ to record these sessions. Does anyone have a suggestion for the best category to record this type of workout under for accuracy?
When working out in the water is there any ability to adjust the heart rate to reflect and compensate for working out in water where the physiology of the heart is different?
thanks

Does anyone have a suggestion for the best category to record this type of workout under for accuracy? I would use workout like you are doing. But I would also set up a custom record named the activity you are doing. Once it syncs I would rename it to the activity

Thanks. I don’t see that option however maybe it’s on the pc and not mobile. I rarely go to my laptop to view Fitbit data.
