The touch screen on my ionic seems to not be working; it still lights up so I can see the time but won't let me scroll to the other screens or work the timer, excersise option etc. Is there a way to restart it or is this a fault?

Hi @nickyywilson,
The Ionic can be restarted very easily: just hold down the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds and release it. Once you see the Fitbit logo appear, you're all set: the restart was successful. And your data will still be there, so there's no need to worry about losing anything.
